Agreement

Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the recruitment and staffing services provided by Samvix Talent Solutions ("Samvix") to the client organisation ("Client").

1. Scope

Samvix sources, screens and presents candidates; the final hiring decision rests with the Client.

2. Service Fees

Fees are agreed in writing before engagement, as a percentage of annual compensation (permanent) or a margin/bill rate (contract, per-diem, BPO and campus).

3. Billing Timeline

An invoice for a successfully placed candidate is raised within a maximum of sixty (60) days from the candidate's date of joining.

4. Payment Terms

All invoices are due and payable within a maximum of ninety (90) days from the candidate's date of joining.

5. Replacement Guarantee

For permanent placements, a suitable replacement is provided at no additional placement fee if a candidate exits within the agreed guarantee period, subject to outstanding invoices being settled.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Candidate and Client data is processed exclusively within our in-built ATS (SAMATS). We do not sell, share or leak data to third-party job boards or external vendors.

7. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide accurate requirements, timely feedback and confirmation of offers and joining dates.

8. Candidate Ownership

Candidates introduced by Samvix remain attributable to Samvix for twelve (12) months from introduction.

9. Limitation of Liability

Total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid for that engagement.

10. Governing Law

India engagements are governed by the laws of India; disputes are first addressed through good-faith negotiation.
